Guacamole with a kick

I first had this dip at Tarahumara’s Mexican Cafe in Norman and became obsessed with their Salsa Verde. Later I discovered that Cactus Jack’s in OKC had a similar version and was able to persuade one of their waiters to tell me what was in it.

Ingredients

Avocado
Jalapeno Peppers
Bell Peppers
Onions
Tomatillos

Cilantro
Salt
Garlic

Directions

Seed and chop the peppers. Peel and roughly chop the tomatillos and onions.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in equal portions in a food processor. Add the cilantro, salt & garlic to taste. Blend until smooth.
