Years ago our next door neighbor shared this recipe for Chile Con Queso with us.

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz can RoTel Original (undrained)
  • 1 16 oz box Velveeta
  • 4 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 lb mild or hot country sausage

Directions

Brown the sausage, dice the Velveeta. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and heat about 1 hour until the cheese is melted.

Notes

We usually make a double recipe and it fills our smallest crock pot perfectly.
