Philly Cheesesteak
You can have it wit or wit-out
Ingredients
1 lb skirt steak
1 T vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cheese Whiz OR 3 or 4 slices of American Cheese
Directions
Freeze the skirt steak.
Once frozen, cut the steak with the grain into 3 or 4 inch strips. Then slice across the grain into thin strips. Finally, cut the strips into smaller pieces.
Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the meat. Cook 4 or 5 minutes without stirring until brown. Stir the meat and finish cooking.
Add the salt, pepper and cheese
