When your mouth is on fire and you can't stop eating
Cathy’s Chile Con Queso
Years ago our next door neighbor shared this recipe for Chile Con Queso with us.
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can RoTel Original (undrained)
- 1 16 oz box Velveeta
- 4 oz package cream cheese
- 1 lb mild or hot country sausage
Directions
Brown the sausage, dice the Velveeta. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and heat about 1 hour until the cheese is melted.
Notes
We usually make a double recipe and it fills our smallest crock pot perfectly.
